The Teachers Service Commission,TSC  has at last announced that the release of the official  list of successful applicants to fill vacant posts that were advertised last month which has been successfully drafted.

The TSC also said that the next step will now be to interview the shortlisted applicants in their respective venues that will be communicated later.

“The timelines for the recruitment of teachers have been reviewed. Successful applicants will be informed about the venues of the interviews by county officers.,” TSC head of corporate affairs Beatrice Wababu said.

 

According to the commission, the county selection process and filing of the application for employment forms by successful candidates will be conducted as from October 8 to 14.

Vetting and handling of complaints arising from the recruitment will be carried out between October 15 and 22 at the county levels.

 

The commission will then receive documents at its headquarters located in Nairobi between October 23-26.

TSC will then start to verify the results from October 27 to November 18, before the successful teachers report to various schools on January 4, 2021.

The county directors will then submit reporting status to the commission by the end of January.

Following the dispatch of merit lists to the counties, the timelines for the recruitment of teachers have been reviewed as shown in the poster below. Our county officers will contact successful applicants and inform them about the venues of the interviews. Once again we wish to caution applicants and the general public about fraudsters who may purport to influence the outcome of this process. Please report such people to any TSC office or the nearest police station.
