Despite being an extra county school, Agoro Sare High School ranked the best schools in Homa Bay County, Nyanza region in the 2019 KCSE results.

The school received the 2019 KCSE results with a lot of jubilation after producing 10 Straight As.

In the 2019 KCSE results, Agoro Sare High School-Homa Bay County registered a mean score of 8.843 (B Plain) improvement from the KCSE 2018 mean score which stood at 8.634 (+0.209).

THE 2019 KCSE CANDIDATURE Agoro Sare High School was 413 candidates.

364 out of the total 413 2019 KCSE candidates at Agoro Sare High School attained the minimum entry Grade to university, C+ (PLUS). This translates to 88% direct transition to university.

This means that these candidates will be admitted directly to universities in 2020 through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement body popularly known as KUCCPS.

In the 2019 KCSE results, Agoro Sare High School produced 10 straight As and 75 A- (minus).

Other quality grades recorded are as follows B+ (87), B (80), B- (56) & C+ (56).

Agoro Sare High School, an extra county public secondary school located at Oyugis Town in Homa Bay County has lived up to the expectations of the general public after it emerged the best in Homa Bay County in the KCSE 2019 KNEC results ranking per county.

Agoro Sare High School posted a mean score of 8.834 B Plain in the KCSE 2019 results hence clinching the first position in Homa Bay County.

In the second position (Homa Bay County) was Asumbi Girls High School which posted a mean score of 8.585 B plain in the KCSE 2019 results ranking.

Asumbi Girls High School was followed by Mbita High School in the third position with a mean score of 8.4(B Minus) in the KCSE 2019 results ranking for Homa Bay County-Nyanza Region.
