HELB extends 2020 TVET loan application deadline

The Higher Education Loans Board has extended the 2020 TVET loan application deadline to enable more Kenyan youths apply for the loan to reduce unemployment and idleness which promotes drug and substance abuse.

Through a memo dated February 10, 2020, HELB’s Chief Executive Officer extended the 2020 TVET loan application deadline to April 15, 2020.

This is good news especially for the poor youth who cannot afford to fund their tertiary level education.
