TSC Posting/ Deployment Letters and Official Reporting Dates for Newly Recruited/ Deployed Teachers 2021-2022: List of Pending Letters At The TSC Offices That Are yet to be Dispatched

The Teachers Service Commission being the sole employer has always ensured that the teachers get served as per its guidelines .

In many occasions, the Commission has continued to advertise for posts which are competitively filled up by the most qualified and competent teachers.

During the Corona virus outbreak in   everything literary stalled at the commission but the year 2021 has seen the TSC advertise new openings and opportunities and Promotions for teachers.

Successful applicants have already been notified as per the norm.

Teachers who were recently upgraded during the 2021 TSC Promotions have started enjoying the relatively better salaries after the Commission backdated their salary and raised it in accordance with the 2017-2021 Collective bargaining agreement.

Others are however yet to receive their Promotion letters, new recruitment TSC posting letters and deployment letters for primary school teachers with higher qualifications.

The following is the full list of these crucial letters:

1: Schools Administrators

The administrators i.e the the schools headteachers and their deputies have not received their letters.These teachers did interviews in term one.At the moment,the information we have is that the list is out and as soon, they will get their letters.

2: Deployment Letters:

This group of primary school Teachers applied in August this year. They will be taken to secondary schools when the time is right. By March, around 2000 teachers had been deployed to Secondary schools. From the 6000 teachers who were successfully Vetted,the remaining 4000 teachers received their letters  January.

3:New employments

There are teachers who had just been employed by the commission before in July 2021.

Some had replaced their colleagues who had left the profession due to natural attrition.These teachers’ letters are yet to be dispatched.

Recently,the TSC head of corporate affairs told the teachers to be calm and that they will receive their letters when the time is right.

4-Curriculum Support Officers (CSOs)

The successful CSO’s are yet to receive their letters after interviews that were conducted earlier before.Some Zonal offices do not have the CSOs from term one 2021 after some CSOs retired.
