The Teachers Service Commission has directed all schools and teachers to upload their TMIS data onto the official TSC Website.

TMIS data is usually updated on a termly basis in order to capture crucial information on teachers, school details, and learners’ enrollment rate etc.

Schools are therefore expected to adhere to the deadline for uploading TMIS data which has been set on 15^th March, 2020.

HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY UPDATE YOUR TMIS DATA

To successfully upload your TMIS data, follow the following simple steps:

1. Visit the official TSC website by clicking on the following link https://teachersonline.tsc.go.ke/
2. From the official TSC website home page, click on the tab labelled “ONLINE SERVICES” then select “TEACHERS ONLINE SERVICES”
3. On the new page, log in using your User Name and Password as captured by the TSC sub county director.
4. On the next window, click on “TMIS RETURNS” followed by “SUBMIT TEACHER RETURNS.”
5. Then submit all the correct data on your school on the window labelled “BASIC DETAILS.”
6. Once you are done, click on “NEXT TO ENROLLMENT.” The next step is to declare the correct “ORDINARY SCHOOL ENROLLMENT” data then select “NEXT TO TEACHERS DETAILS.”
7. To modify data for every teacher, click on the icon under the “ACTION” column.
