If the Commission Maintains this trend, then it means there will be enough vacancies for a good number of BOM teachers.
In the last recruitment, it had been rumoured that intern Teachers could get direct confirmation into the service.
Later on, information from trusted and genuine sources within the Teachers service Commission revealed that for fairness and equity in carrying out the recruitment exercise, those teachers under the internship programme would not get a direct confirmation. They will have to be subjected to a rigorous interview before being Confirmed on permanent and pensionable terms.
This is due to the fact that there are several graduate teachers that have stayed long overdue who also need to be considered.
Nevertheless intern teachers still have an upper hand when it comes to awarding of marks in the latest TSC Recruitment Merit sheet/marking scheme having received a whooping 30 marks for their great dedication and sacrifice since some of them were forced to forego lucrative BoM jobs for TSC Internship.

The subject combinations and year of graduation aforementioned above are subject to slightly change, depending on the place one will apply for internship.
Some areas that are marginalized may not offer great competition meaning some graduates who graduated recently could secure employment at that place unlike other places.
