Some of her fellow MCAs claimed that her tight-fitting leggings had left nothing for imagination since part of her hindquarters and lower abdomen were exposed.

The most intriguing part of it all is that MCA Judy Mbuya kept on pulling her tight-fitting leggings in a bid to camouflage her lower abdomen and hindquarters.

Drama ensued today at the County Assembly of Embu as nominated Member of the County Assembly Judy Mbuya turned up for the plenary sittings while spotting a pair of tight-fitting leggings that were allegedly exposing her sitting apparatus and lower abdomen.

The climax of this drama was when some MCAs challenged the Embu County Assembly speaker to touch MCA Judy Mbuya to determine whether she was appropriately dressed.

Nominated MCA Judy Mbuya was accused of exposing her lower abdomen and part of her hindquarters since she kept on pulling her tight leggings up to cover the exposed body parts.

Her counter-parts further accused her of causing “physical discomfort” to the male ward representatives who were present for “serious business.”
The drama kicked off when nominated MCA Margret Lorna Kariuki demanded that speaker Philip Nzangi should stroke

the trousers to ascertain whether the denim jeans was skimpy as alleged.
She also added that the Sergeant-at-arms was also free to caress her allegedly too-tight pair of trousers but none of them dared to do so.

Deputy speaker Steve Simba had also alerted the Embu County Assembly Speaker that several of his male counterparts were “too uncomfortable” to even “stand” and offer their views on the debate.

He consequently demanded to have MCA Mbuya sent out of the County Assembly chambers.

MCA Mbuya’s life has recently been full of drama. She was recently stripped off her position as the Jubilee chief whip after she claimed that her male counterparts were uncircumcised.

Although no one caressed her skin-hugging pair of trousers, MCA Mbuya was advised to dress well during all future sittings.
