To emerge the best in TSC promotion Interviews, any TSC- employed teacher must create and update his or her Teachers Professional Appraissal Development, TPAD online accou nt termly as  per the dictates of the current CBA.

Therefore, a number of  documents are required to be attached as evidence to your TPAD 2 online form during the self- appraisal process.

Remember, it is important that you attach a number of documents, visual and audio clips as evidence for each of the targets.

Although these evidences are optional, it is advisable that you attach documentary evidence to back up your scores especially now that the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) places a lot of weight on the Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development (TPAD) in promoting teachers.

Besides, failure to fill your termly TPAD data will automatically attract disciplinary action by the Commission.
