How to apply for the 2020 KNEC Assessors’ Posts for KCSE 2020 Oral and Practical Papers

KNEC Assessors Jobs 2020

 

The Kenya National Examinations Council, KNEC has invited interested applicants to apply the posts of assessors for the 2020 KCSE oral and practical papers.

The council will recruit secondary school teachers as assessors for KCSE oral and practical papers.

Successful applicants (teachers) will be trained on the job afterward.

NOTE: Teachers who are already in the KNEC database should not apply for the advertised posts.

Interested and qualified teachers in the following areas should apply:

German Oral 502/3

Arabic Oral 503/3

Music Practical 511/1

 

KNEC’s Key Qualifications

Teachers wishing to fill the afore-mentioned slots should meet the following key qualifications

Be a practicing teacher in the relevant areas

Have at least a diploma in education

At least three (3) years teaching experience

Must be registered by the Teachers Service Commission

Must be recommended by his or her principal

Must not be on interdiction or involved in any form of indiscipline

Must be 50 years and below

 

Application deadline

The application form should reach the KNEC headquarters before or on July 30, 2020.

3. Complete the procedure by filling sections 2.0 and 4.0 manually
4. Attach relevant documents, certificates, and testimonials as listed in the application form
5. Forward the form to the KNEC headquarters on or before July 30, 2020.

Qualified teachers will be shortlisted for assessment later.
