KCPE 2022 Results Release; CS Ezekiel Machogu to Release KCPE Results at Mtihani House along Dennis Prit Road
The new Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu will today officiate his very first national duty of releasing the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education at the Knec Headquarters dubbed Mtihani House. The 2022 KCPE Results will be released by December 25, 2022. The examinations were conducted between November 28, 2022 and November 30, 2022.
In his speech, the CS education Ezekiel Machogu will enlist the KCPE 2022 top 10 candidates and the KCPE 2022 Kenya One- Top candidate nationally. KCPE 2021 (March 2022 Results) were released on March 28, 2022 by the former Education CS Professor George Magoha before the end of his tenure following the change of guard in Kenya’s leadership.
KCPE 2021/2022 Results for Top Candidates; Magata Bruice Mackenzie emerged Kenya one in March 2022 KCPE results having scored 428 marks, 7 marks down from the top candidate in the 2020 KCPE examination who scored 433 marks.
Gilgil Hills Academy’s Magata Bruce Mckenzie emerged top in the 2021 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination results released by Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha on Monday.
Magata scored 428 marks, 7 marks down from the top candidate in the 2020 KCPE examination who scored 433 marks.
Prof. Magoha further noted a 3-mark difference between the top candidate and the 14th position, who scored 425 marks.

The 2022 KCPE top 15 candidates will thereafter have the privilege of attending the official ceremony of releasing the 2023 form one selection results.
In the previous April 2022 form one selection exercise, Nanyuki High School was the most preferred school by the KCPE 2021 candidates.
2023 Form One Selection Results for KCPE 2022 Candidates and Joining Instructions
The 2023 form one selection results can be received through the Ministry of Education official SMS code 22263. This is the fastest way that 2021 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) candidates can use to know their form one placement results. These results are always available once the selection process is completed.

It is the responsibility of the Ministry of Education to place all the 2022 KCPE candidates to their secondary school of choice.
The Ministry places the students to all public National, Extra County, County and Sub County schools.
Placement of the KCPE 2022 candidates is done based on criteria set by the Ministry of Education. Top on the list of factors that the Ministry considers is the candidate’s performance (total marks) in the KCPE 2022 examinations.
