COVID 19 racist French Doctor Jean Paul Mira forced to swallow his words after insinuating that Africa should be used as a testing lab for the Covid 19 vaccine currently on trial
French doctor apologises to Africa for his racist and demeaning remarks about Africans on LCI
French Doctor Jean-Paul Mira has apologised to Africa for his unwarranted and demeaning remarks on Wednesday about the state of Coronavirus in Africa.
“If I could be more provocative, should we not do this study in Africa where there are no masks, treatment or intensive care a little bit like it is done by the way for certain AIDS studies or with prostitutes?”
“We try things because we know that they are highly exposed and they don’t protect themselves”
These are the exact words that Dr Mira used on live TV to describe the African continent and its occupants.
These remarks sparked anger in Africans who immediately took to social media to condemn Dr Mira’s corrosive and racist remarks.
Renowned footballer Drogba for instance responded saying that Africa is not a tespting lab.
Dr. Mira is an employee at the Paris Network of Hospitals. He is in charge of ICU at the Coaching Hospital.
The Coronavirus vaccine that he was referring to is the BCG TB vaccine currently being tried in some European countries and Australia.
