The latest notice issued by the Kenya Revenue Authority, KRA on Monday, August 3 on the processing status of tax waiver applications shows that the taxman has now launched a newly enhanced system for process the applications to clear the backlog in time.

The highly sought after Certificate of Good Conduct will now be available at the Huduma Centre’s Head office, General Post Office, GPO in Nairobi. The Certificate will also be available at Huduma Centre Eastleigh, Makadara, City Square, and Kibra.  Other services that will be provided at all the offices include the issuance of national identity cards, birth certificates, police abstracts, and KRA.
