TSC Latest News- The teachers’ employer, dubbed Teachers Service Commission, TSC, has issued guidelines on how to go about the new TSC Tpay online system.

This follows a paradigm shift that saw the commission move teachers from the former payslip.tsc.go.ke/ to the new portal at tpay.tsc.go.ke.
Newly recruited teachers who have not yet been registered on the new TPAY system can contact the human resource manager at their respective TSC County Offices to register.
Kindly note that the commission no longer allows newly employed teachers to register themselves on the Tpay online system following fraudulent activities witnessed.
TO RESET YOUR T-PAY PASSWORD.
In an event you forget your T-pay password, you have no reasons to be worried. Remember, you can reset your Tpay password by using the simplified steps below;
You access the TPAY portal and click on the “Reset Password” button.
You will then be prompted to enter your TSC number and click on the “Reset
Password “button.
From the “Reset Password “window you will be prompted to enter an “OTP (One Time Password) Code “that they receive via their mobile, “New Password “and confirmation of the password.
Once done with the step above you can now login and access their TPAY account.
NB: Always remember to keep your passwords confidential.

NEW MENU INTRODUCED ON THE NEW T-PAY PORTAL
You can now get a number of new items in the T-pay portal. The ‘My Documents’ tab is one of the new menu introduced on the much improved payslips portal.
The new T-pay menu is very user friendly and contains the following menu:
View payslips
This tab enables a TSC employed teacher to view his or her monthly payslips online. Once you click on it, your most recent Payslip is displayed.
To view your previous TSC payslips:
From the drop-down menu on your left, indicate the year and month for which you would like to access the payslip.
Note that you can only access a single payslip at a time.

Send Payslips
This tab enables teachers to send their payslips online to third parties including SACCOs and banks for instance when applying for a loan or when opening a savings account.
