Agoro Sare High School, an extra county public secondary school located at Oyugis Town in Homa Bay County has lived up to the expectations of the general public after it emerged the best in Homa Bay County in the KCSE 2019 KNEC results ranking per county.

Agoro Sare High School posted a mean score of 8.834 B Plain in the KCSE 2019 results hence clinching the first position in Homa Bay County.

THE 2019 KCSE CANDIDATURE for Agoro Sare High School was 413 candidates.

364 out of the total 413 KCSE 2019 candidates at Agoro Sare High School scored a C+ and above hence gaining a direct entry to universities in 2020 through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service, KUCCPS. This figure translates to 88 % pass.

In the second position (Homa Bay County) was Asumbi Girls High School which posted a mean score of 8.585 B plain in the KCSE 2019 results ranking.
