The Teachers Service Commission, TSC, recently committed to employ a total of 5000 teachers on permanent and pensionable terms come July 2022 after receiving the 2022-2023 TSC Budgetary Allocation.
To ensure fairness and transparency during the upcoming July 2022 TSC recruitment, the Commission uses criteria and standards that cut across all the 47 counties while paying special attention to people living with disabilities, PWDs.
These standards and that guide the TSC selection process are technically known as TSC Recruitment Guidelines. Kindly note that the Teachers Service Commission has the mandate to review Recruitment Guidelines every time it advertises teaching vacancies to ensure that the selection criteria matches the current job market demands.

TSC ADVERTISED VACANCIES 2022 – REQUIREMENTS; HOW TO APPLY
The Teachers Service Commission, TSC, is a Constitutional Commission established under article 237 of the Constitution of Kenya.
Pursuant to this mandate, the Commission invites applications from suitably qualified teachers for the posts shown below.
Interested candidates, who meet the requirements & qualifications, should submit their applications online through the TSC Website – www.tsc.go.ke under ‘Careers’ or teachers online’ not later than 25th January, 2022

REQUIREMENTS FOR DEPLOYMENT TO CEMASTEA
To qualify for deployment, a teacher must: –
Be at a minimum grade of C4, T-Scale 9, Senior Master IV.
Be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (Science) or its equivalent; –
Have been a County Trainer-CEMASTEA for at least three years;
Have demonstrated professionalism and good performance;
Have demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy and ICT integration in teaching;
Have participated in the performance appraisal process.
NB: Master’s Degree in a relevant area is an added advantage.
Applicants shall be required to upload the following documents during applications:
Letter of appointment to the current grade.
Highest Academic Qualification.
Letter of appointment as CEMASTEA County Trainer.
Certificate in Computer applications.
Certificate/s of Participation in the use of ICT integration in Education.
