BELOW IS A SUMMARY OF THE LATEST TSC HARDSHIP ALLOWANCE PER MONTH BASED ON TEACHERS’ GRADES, AND T- SCALE
The highest-paid TSC Hardship allowance is Kshs 38, 100. This goes to teachers serving the Commission in Grade D5 T-Scale 15 which was formerly referred to as Job Group R.
Teachers in Grade B5 who are the lowest-paid, on the other hand, pocket Kshs 6, 600 TSC hardship allowance per month.
