KMTC processes all payments exclusively through the Jiunge Platform, which integrates with the government paybill number 222222.

Step-by-step payment process:

  1. Visit jiunge.com and click on “Pay Fees”
  2. Sign up and verify your account via email
  3. Log in using the OTP sent to your email (expires in 30 seconds)
  4. Search for “Kenya Medical Training College”
  5. Enter your registration number and click “Add”
  6. Click “View Services” then “Tuition Fees (Tap & Pay)”
  7. Enter the amount and choose your payment mode (M-Pesa or bank)
  8. Confirm and initiate payment with your M-Pesa PIN

Instalment option: Students may pay in two instalments — a first instalment of KES 129,700 on or before registration, and KES 124,000 on or before commencement of the second semester.

How to apply for KMTC Placement via KUCCPS

Placement for regular KMTC Students in done by Kuccps. Applications are done online via the KUCCPS student portal (students.kuccps.ac.ke). You can apply for pre-service, upgrading, and higher diploma courses. Ensure you meet minimum entry requirements, select courses using program codes, and pay the application fee.

Steps to Apply for KMTC Intake (KUCCPS Method)

    1. Log In: Go to the KUCCPS portal and log in using your KCSE index number, year, and password.
    2. Navigation: Select ‘KMTC Programmes’ to view available courses and requirements.
    3. To Apply:  Go to the ‘KMTC Application’ tab, enter the program codes, and submit
    4. Pay: Follow the prompt to pay the application fee of  Kshs 1,500
