TSC Mass Recruitment Schedule/ Roadmap July 2021: Being a government affiliated organization, the Teachers Service Commission is obliged and bound by the Kenyan Constitution to make public any major changes taking place including the ongoing TSC recruitment and replacement of teachers whose interviews are set to take place this month.
Some of the major TSC mass recruitment activities scheduled for july 2021 include: sensitization of county and regional directors, collection of the official 2021 TSC mass recruitment forms, generation of TSC merit lists- shortlisted candidates, Recruitment interviews among others.
TSC Mass Recruitment 2021- Advertised Vacancies per County and Revised Working Terms and Conditions 2021-2022
In June, the Teachers Service Commission, TSC announced approximately 10, 000 recruitment and promotions vacancies for teachers in Kenya.
Out of the total 10, 000 vacancies, 5000 have been set aside for teachers who will be recruited to serve on permanent and pensionable terms.
The working terms and conditions for the 5000 TSC teaching jobs on permanent and pensionable terms include a minimum period of 10 years before the teachers are finally confirmed and a mandatory deduction of 7.5 per cent of the teachers’ basic salaries on a monthly basis to be remitted to the new public service super annuation retirement scheme.
TSC Releases Interview Dated and Recruitment Schedule for the July Mass Recruitment
The Teachers Service Commission, TSC, has now publicized the official mass recruitment and replacement roadmap which encompasses interview dates and recruitment schedule for teachers in July, 2021.
According to the reviewed road-map for the mass recruitment of teachers, interviews for shortlisted applicants shall be held from Thursday 22nd July, 2021 to Wednesday 28th July, 2021.
