Following the predicament that transpired at Mbooni Primary School located in Endau Zone, Mutitu Sub- County in Kitui County, whereby a teacher was razed to death following poor KCPE results, the Teachers Service Commission has withdrawn all the six TSC-employed teachers from the school.
The Teachers Service Commission has also vowed not to post any teacher to work at Mbooni Primary School until teachers were assured of their security.
According to TSC field officers’ report, a group of parents on Tuesday, January 7 2020 stormed and shut down the school for unknown reasons.
A few moments later, it was reported that Ms Mbathe Mbaluka, one of the teachers was burnt to death by the parents.
The Teachers Service Commission sent a condolence message to the family, relatives and friends.
Last year January 24, 2019, a form two student also conspired with others and murdered a Physics and Computer teacher, Mr Mogusu Omare Peter who was teaching at Hopewell Secondary School located at Rhonda area in Nakuru County.
