Kipsigis Girls High School-the girls’ only national school in Kericho County proved that it is true to its vision which is “To be an excellent educational institution in the country” during the KCSE 2019 KNEC exam results.

The school’s excellence was noted when it posted an impressive mean score of 9.08 B plain hence clinching the second position in Kericho County. In the KCSE 2018 schools ranking in Kericho County, Kipsigis Girls High School took position three with a mean score of 8.00 B- minus after Moi Tea Girls and Litein Boys High School.

Kipsigis Girls High School had a total KCSE 2019 candidature of 249.

229 out of the total 249 KCSE 2019 candidates at Kipsigis Girls High School attained the minimum entry grade to universities that is a C+plus and above.

This, therefore, means that 91.97% of the KCSE 2019 candidates at Kipsigis Girls High School booked their tickets to universities in 2020.

The school is also proud that 9 of its KCSE 2019 candidates scored straight As.

Other quality grades recorded by Kipsigis Girls High School during the KCSE 2019 results were distributed as follows: 41 A-, 62 B+, 62 B, 33 B- & 22 C+.

The least score recorded was a D+.
