KCPE Results 2021/2022

KCSE 2022 examination results will be released on or before Thursday, January 19, 2023.

The latest Knec news today reaching us at newspro.co.ke indicates that if all factors remain constant, the 2022 KCSE results for the national examinations conducted between November and December 23, 2022, will be released by the Cabinet Secretary in charge of education Ezekiel Machogu either on or before Thursday January 19, 2023.

Examiners on the Knec Examiners’ App database were invited by the Council to mark the 2022 KCSE scripts and they reported to the designated Knec marking centres on Monday January 2, 2023 as directed in the Knec Examiners invitation letters 2022/2023.

Today, the plenary sessions have kicked off and the harmonization and co-ordination of marking schemes will take a maximum of three days.

The live marking of scripts is expected to last 10 days since the examiners will work under pressure to meet the KCSE 2022 marking deadlines.

Since most of the KCSE examiners are high school teachers, they will definitely clear from the KNEC marking centres before the examination results are released so that they can travel back home and prepare for the reopening of schools on January 23, 2022.

Following the ongoing KCSE 2022 marking exercise, the following schools and TTCs have been declared as official KNEC marking centres and are heavily guarded by security officers:
