
IEBC Portal 2022; How to Download Preliminary and Final Presidential Results Per Constituency
The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, IEBC has initiated the process of releasing preliminary results for the presidential candidates ahead of the official and final release of poll results.
Form 34Bs from various constituencies have already been uploaded to the IEBC public portal.
This permission has been granted by the IEBC to tame grapevine, impersonation, and malicious misrepresentation of statistics and figures.

Notably, the portal has the diaspora which is considered the 48th county, even though less than 5,000 Kenyans living abroad voted in the last election.
Data shows that at least three million Kenyans live in different countries around the world.
On the portal, the counties are arranged alphabetically with Baringo at the top while West Pokot comes last.
It also shows the number of votes counted per county against the registered voters and the Reported forms 34A.
Those interested in following the results can also search for a specific county or polling station within the portal.
Under the county, IEBC further breaks down results from different constituencies to the wards.
This year’s General Election attracted a low voter turnout with only 12,065,803 registered voters, out of 22,120,458 having cast their votes by 4 pm, Tuesday, August 9, according to IEBC.
Commissioner Francis Wanderi estimated that theĀ final turnout would be around 61 percent, which would be one of the lowest in the country’s voting history
