<p><strong>Magura Secondary School, a newly established sub-county secondary school has caught many by surprise after it emerged the best in the KCSE 2019 results in Borabu Sub County-Nyamira County.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Magura Secondary School posted a mean score of 6.059 C plain in the KCSE 2019 KNEC results. The school had a total KCSE 2019 candidature of 17.</strong></p>
<p><strong>St Andrew Kaggwa Girls Secondary School, Nyansiongo took position two in Borabu Sub County with KCSE 2019 mean score of 6.0 C plain.</strong></p>
<p><strong>It was followed by St Gonzaga Gonza in the third position with KCSE 2019 mean score of 5.8 C plain.</strong></p>

<p><strong>In Nyamira County, Nyanza region, Nyambaria Boys High School clinched the first position thus putting Manga Sub County on the map with a KCSE mean score of 8.0105 B- Minus.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The boys&#8217; only national boarding school had one KCSE 2019 candidate who scored a straight A. The other quality grades for Nyambaria Boys High School KCSE 2019 results were distributed as follows:</strong></p>
<p><strong>A- (35), B+ (86), B(85), B-(81) and C+ (82).</strong></p>
<p><strong>Therefore, 370 out of the total 477 KCSE 2019 candidates at Nyambaria High School attained the minimum entry grade to universities (C+) through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service, KUCCPS.</strong></p>

<p><strong>Alliance Boys High School was the best in Chemistry nationally after the school posted a KCSE mean grade of 9.763 (B+ plus) in the 2019 KCSE exam results. Besides, the boys’ only national school in Kiambu County took position four in the KCSE 2019 overall ranking of schools nationally with a mean score of 10.019(B+plus).</strong></p>
<p><strong>It was followed by Mang’u High School which had a mean score of 9.54 (B+ plus) in the KCSE 2019 Chemistry results. Strathmore School took position three in the KCSE 2019 Physics results ranking with a mean score of 9.35 (B plain)</strong></p>

<p><strong>In Nyamira County- Masaba NorthSub County, Nyakongo High School emerged the best in the KCSE 2019 KNEC results.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Nyakongo High School posted a KCSE mean grade of 5.4 C- minus a positive deviation of 0.13. in KCSE 2018 results, Nyakongo High School had a mean score of 5.27 C- minus.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The school had a total 2019 KCSE candidature of 92.</strong></p>
<p><strong>33 out of the total 92 KCSE 2019 candidates at Nyakongo High School attained the minimum mean grade of a C+ plus to join universities through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service, KUCCPS. This represents 36.7% transition into university level.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Nyanchonori took position 2 while St Cyprian Biticha took position three in the KCSE 2019 results ranking for Masaba North Sub County in Nyamira County.</strong></p>

<p><strong>In the year 2019, Starehe Girls Centre had a total KCSE candidature of 119.</strong></p>
<p><strong>112 out of the total 119 KCSE 2019 candidates at Starehe Girls gained a direct entry to universities after scoring the minimum entry grade to Kenyan universities through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service, KUCCPS.</strong></p>
<p><strong>This translates to 94.12 % of the total number of enrolled KCSE candidates at Starehe Girls Centre.</strong></p>
<p><strong>2 candidates scored straight As, 25 A-, 24 B+, 24 B, 25 B- and 12 c+ at Starehe Girls Centre in the KCSE 2019 exam results.</strong></p>
