    Form One Selection 2023; Calling Letters, Joining Instructions, and Results 2023

    Form One Selection/Placement Results 2021-2022 portal: MoE Form One Intake for 2020 KCPE Candidates and Form 1 Admission Letters Download for National, Extra County, County, Sub-county and Private Schools, Reporting Date Form one admission results and intake 2021

    The form one selection exercise will be conducted between January 1, 2023- January 15, 2023. The selection results will be announced on January 16, 2023, by CS Machogu. The reporting date for 2023 form one admission is on 30th January 2023.

    KCPE top candidates Fwaro Robinson Makhoha and Otieno Lewis Omondi will have the pleasure of attending this important event.

    To download your form one admission letter 2023, click Here;  admission letter; Click here: https://education.go.ke/index.php/online-services/form-one-selection then fill in the KCPE candidate’s Index number as per the school category i.e national, extra county, county or sub-county. Next, enter the county and sub-county that the candidate sat for KCPE and follow the instructions.

    2 Form One Selection results results results; Click here: https://education.go.ke/index.php/online-services/form-one-selection  To check; send an SMS with your Index Number to 22263 from any network in Kenya. The cost of SMS is Kenya Shillings 25!

     FORM ONE SELECTION RESULTS 2023

    KCPE 2022 candidates can check the secondary schools they have been selected to join by simply composing a text message with their full KCPE index numbers to 22263.

    Kindly note that this service is available at all networks including equitel, airtel, and Safaricom in Kenya at a cost not exceeding Kshs 25.

    FORM ONE JOINING INSTRUCTIONS 2023

     

    Download and print your admission letter and present it to the school where you did your KCPE  for endorsement.

    Remember to carry along your passport-size photos, and results slip for endorsement at the school too before presentation to the secondary school where you are required to report.

    In preparation for Form One admission, schools are required to make changes to their previous letters through an online tool to reflect joining instructions for 2023.

    This is to inform you of the following guidelines; –

    1. Use the link to check whether your joining instructions are in the (https://script.google.com/a/macros/ict.go.ke/s/AKfycbyL_jTGaCo6k9uFMdCMJo- F_iNh33lZJRGRaYnnQI5ZtAIQQiPe/exec
    2. Select the County and Sub- County of your school, then Select your
    3. If the system prompts you to sign in, use your school email address (Gmail Account).
    4. If your letter is in the system, edit the information to the new changes for joining instructions

    NB: Do not edit the first page apart from changing the year to 2023

    In case the school’s joining instructions are missing, the system will prompt the Principal to upload the joining instructions in the system from their computer. The Principal should ensure that;

    1. The first page is as the attached copy (school logo/address on the first page only) and should not be
    2. The letter should be in MS-word
    3. The letter should be submitted as one document
    4. The document should be named using the school’s KNEC (e.g., Meru School save as 15300002).
    5. Avoid heavy graphics like maps and pictures in the

    Meanwhile, schools are requested to provide their email addresses as well as that of the person in charge of ICT to their respective County Director for compilation and forwarded to Lkkaruntimi@gmail.com. Schools should not send the information directly but through the CDE.

    In addition, take note of the following: –

    • The tentative Form 1 reporting date is 30th January 2023
    • Schools must not direct parents to procure uniforms or any other materials from a central At the same time, schools should not ask parents to come and buy items in the school.
