TSC Wealth Declaration Online: Easy Guide

Wondering how to easily and quickly file your Teachers Service Commission, TSC, Wealth Declaration form? Wonder no more. Here is a simplified Step-by-step guide on how to file your TSC Wealth declaration online.

Follow these easy steps to file your returns:

  1. Visit the official TSC wealth declaration portal by using the link: https://tsconline.tsc.go.ke/site/index.
  2. Enter your TSC Number and Password. Incase you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot password? This will enable you to reset you password.
  3. On successful Login, Click on the ‘Wealth Declaration’ tab and then “General Information’.
  4. On the new window, select ‘Biannual Declaration’.
  5. In the new window, Fill in your basic details like: Place of Birth,Current Postal Address, Marital Status and Permanent Address. If you had filled the details earlier, they will be pre-filled and hence you need not touch anything. On completion click next to save and proceed to the next step.
  6. On the next window you will get ‘SECTION B: INCOME STATEMENT’. This includes but not Limited to, Salary & Emoluments and Income from Investments. The period is from the previous statement date to the Current Statement Date. For initial declaration, the period is the year ending on the Statement Date. Once filled, select ‘Add/ Save Income’ so that it can be saved. Fill in the details correctly and click on ‘Next’ once done. When entering the financial figures, avoid the commas; Write 100000 instead of 100,000.
  7. The next part is ‘SECTION C: Assets As Of Statement Date’. This includes, but not Limited to Land, Buildings, Vehicles, Investments and Financial Obligations owed to the person for whom the statement is made. Once filled, select ‘Add/ Save Assets’.
  8. After capturing all your assets, click ‘Next’. This will take you to ‘SECTION D: Liabilities As Of Statement Date’.  This includes, but not Limited to Financial Obligations owed by the person submiting the statement. Once correctly entered, select ‘Add/ Save Liabilities’. Select, ‘Next’.
  9. The new window is SECTION E: Spouse(s) and children under the age of 18 Years. Enter your dependants’ details correctly, each time clicking on the ‘Add/Save’ button. Click on ‘Next’ to move to the next window.
  10.  This window is titled ‘SECTION F: Other Relevant Information & Declaration’.  Indicate other information that maybe useful or relevant. If NOT applicable Click on Next to proceed.
  11. The next window is SECTION G: Witness. NOTE: If you wish to make Corrections or Edits, Click on the navigation menu on the left or use the Previous button below. Complete Declaration by clicking on the Submit button below and a copy will be sent to your email.
  12. You can view the summary of your form before submitting it.
