This is the third-highest rank that can be attained by a secondary school teacher. This is a promotional grade for administrators in secondary schools. Promotion to this grade involves a cut-throat competition and sieving process subject to the availability of vacancies and funds in the establishment.
To qualify for appointment to this grade, a teacher must have served as Deputy Principal II/Senior Master I T-Scale 12 for a minimum period of three (3) years and be a holder of a Master’s degree in a relevant area; among other conditions.
