PRESIDENT UHURU KENYATTA TO OFFICIATE THE RELEASE OF KCPE EXAMS THIS WEEK

The recently concluded KCPE National exam marking exercise has set the ball rolling for the release of the long-awaited results which will determine the transition of Kenyan learners from primary to secondary level.

According to The Standard, it is now up to President Uhuru Kenyatta to determine when the exams will be released.

Sources at the Kenya National Examinations Council, KNEC have hinted that the processing of results for more than 1 million KCPE candidates is complete.

This, therefore, means that the results will be out this week.

TSC BOSS CONFIRMS THAT KENYAN TEACHERS ARE AN INTERNATIONAL BRAND “BUT THINGS KWA GROUND NI DIFFERENT”

MEET THE 35-YEAR-OLD KENYAN TEACHER WHO SCOOPED THE AU CONTINENTAL AWARD
A Kenyan teacher, Mr Erick Ademba has been presented with the prestigious African Union Continental Teacher Award in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
He was given this award due to his outstanding performance which was described as a first of its kind.
Mr Ademba was also ranked as first runners up in Teacher of the Year (TOYA) competitions in Kenya in the year 2018.
He was nominated by the TSC alongside Damaris Mwende of Mbooni Boys to compete for the AU Continental Award as per the dictates governing the nomination process.
Ms Mwende was also the first runners up for ITOYA (ICT Teacher of the Year) 2018 awards.
