The Teachers Service Commission, TSC has issued a new circular on the ongoing mass recruitment of teachers.
This move follows the circulation of a fake circular which went viral alleging that the ongoing activity of recruitment has been trashed by the commission.

The fake circular further alleged that the 10000 intern teachers countrywide will henceforth be confirmed on permanent and pensionable terms that is why TSC had terminated the earlier advertised vacancies.
Through the office of the Head of Cooporate Affairs Ms. Wababu, the Commission has reminded the the public that the process is still on course.
“We wish to draw the attention of teachers and the general public to a fake circular purporting that the recruitment of teachers has been stopped. The process is on course and the successful applicants will be notified about the time and venue for interviews. The circular read in part.

The commission went ahead to further caution the candidates and the general public to be vigilant of fraudsters and fake news peddlers.
“….We appeal to all applicants and the general public to be vigilant of fraudsters and fake news peddlers,” the circular read in part.
On the same note, a good number of Counties in different parts of the country have published lists of shortlisted applicants together with interview dates and venues.
Theapplicants are advised to proceed with the process as was earlier directed as from Monday.
