This great milestone has been undertaken by loyal Kenyan educationists based in the United States to enable learners to access learning materials at zero cost!

This comes as a complement to KICD’s radio lessons for primary and secondary school learners in Kenya.

US Education Websites and Apps now Open and Free to Kenyan learners

US-based Kenyan educationists have done something noble and worth noting.

This is proof that Kenyans are great souls.

In a bid to promote learning in Kenya in these tough times of coronavirus pandemic, Professor  Benard Manyibe of Langston University in Oklahoma and other educationists in the US have opened their education websites and apps to Kenyan learners who are currently at home following a total shut down of all learning institutions at no cost.

Dr Manyibe is the brain behind EduMonitor, a popular online learning platform in the US.

In an Interview with the Daily Nation, Dr Manyibe said that Kenyan learners can now access superb learning materials online via the educationmonitor.com website.

The following are some of the subjects which will be covered: Maths, Language, Science and Social Studies.

Other learning resources include colouring sheets, worksheets, workbooks and online education games for children in lower grades and pre-school levels.

Reduced Prices

Besides, EduMonitor would also like Kenyans to know that it has reduced the prices of all books mainly distributed by Amazon.com.

On your Google search tab, type the key words-EducationMonitor and click on the search tab or click on the following link to access the official website

Click on any of the links that will appear for you to access the EducationMonitor website.

This will take you to the EducationMonitor’s home from where  you can search for the content you deem appropriate for you or your child.
