Kuccps Application for Admission
To apply for Kuccps admission this year, you must first log in to the official Kuccps student portal by using your KCSE index number and KCSE Year let us say 2020 or 2021 as the user name and your birth certificate number or KCPE index number as the password.
Kindly note that each Kuccps programme has minimum subject requirements commonly referred to as cluster points. This, therefore, means that you will not apply for all kuccps Programmes since selection purely depends on your overall performance and available declared student capacity for various institutions.
To view available programmes, click on the programmes tab available on the official Kuccps portal. Alternatively, you can search for available Kuccps courses or programmes by the institution by clicking on the Institutions tab on the Kuccps portal.
Select and move the programmes that you have settled on to the Course Basket as this will save your time when coming up with the final list of your preferred Programmes.
Enter the programme codes of your preferred courses in the Application/ Revision tab.
Confirm the programme codes to avoid picking the wrong courses then hit the Submit button.
The next step entails paying the Kuccps Application Fee which currently stands at Ksh 1,500 for first-time Applications and Kshs 1,000 for students revising their courses by following the application fee payment instructions provided on the Kuccps portal.
