KCPE candidates can now access their individual results by sending an SMS beginning with the word KCPE followed by the INDEX NUMBER to 20076 for Safaricom, Airtel and Telcom networks.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD 2021/2022 KCPE RESULTS FOR THE WHOLE SCHOOL

School heads can now access the KCPE Results from the KNEC Portal by clicking on the following link: http://www.knec-portal.ac.ke/

HOW TO DOWNLOAD 2021/2022 KCPE RESULTS FOR THE WHOLE SCHOOL

Visit the official KNEC Schools’ portal by clicking on this link:
Insert the Username and Password you used to register the candidates for the KCPE exam.
Fill the first tab labelled “From Index” with the first candidate’s index number and in the box labelled “TO INDEX NUMBER” enter the last candidate’s index number.
Click on “VIEW REPORT.” And wait patiently for the slips to load.
Once the slips are loaded, click on the menu labelled “EXPORT”
Choose the format (PDF OR WORD) you would like to export the KCPE Result slips.
The KCPE Result Slips will be downloaded to your computer or phone.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR FORM ONE ADMISSION LETTER

BELOW IS A SIMPLIFIED GUIDE ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ADMISSION LETTER WITH EASE:
1. To access the MOE’s website, Click on the Ministry of education download link for form one admission letter. Now

The official Ministry of Education’s link is: http://www.education .go.ke/index.php/online-services/form-one-selection

2. Select the county and sub-county where your KCPE centre is located.

3. Key in your index number and click on the “Submit” button.

4. Next, click on the link labelled “Admission letter” at the bottom of the page to access a copy of your admission letter.

5. Use the printer icon to download and print your letter.

6. Give your copy to your headteacher for endorsement and stamping in the space provided.

7. Present the admission letter together with a copy of your birth certificate to complete the admission process.
