How to download 2020/2021 Admission letter to Egerton University; Egerton University 2020 KUCCPS Admission list pdf

Did your KCSE examination and attained the minimum Egerton University Entry Grade? Well. Congratulations on this your major achievement. Students joining university are selected by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service, KCCPS. The students are selected after doing their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, KCSE, examination and getting the minimum University entry requirement. The KCSE students must first apply to KUCCPS to be selected to preferred programmes. The students can apply at school level or apply individually during the first and second revision windows.

Once the applications are closed, KUCCPS then places the KCSE students in preferred courses depending on the student’s score, number of available vacancies against applicants among other selection criteria. In not satisfied with the University that you have been selected to join then you can apply for Inter-Institution Transfer.

The placement body then announces the selection results and students can access the admission lists and download their admission letters.

Once accepted into the degree of your choice, you will receive an admission package through the email you used in the KUCCPS registration. To confirm your admission kindly fill and return the forms in the admission package to the Enrollment office at the main campus, Ruaraka or Kisumu Campus (Mega Plaza). Admission Requirements

This admission offer is made on the basis of the statement of your qualifications as presented by the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) or other approved examination bodies. As a student you will be expected to register for courses in your degree programme. Any change of Faculty or Department will be permitted only by approval of the University Authorities. A bona fide student will be considered to be one registered in the University during a current academic year. Students unable to register in the academic year may Defer their studies or take an Academic Leave for that academic year. This should be done by writing a letter to the office of the Registrar (Academic Affairs), stating reasons for deferment to the next academic year. The deferment period shall be one (1) academic year renewable continuously up to a maximum of three (3) academic years. Reasons for deferment shall normally be due to: Financial reasons; compassionate reasons; medical reasons (provide medical documents) or any other reason acceptable to Senate. 15. CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION No student will be registered without producing the following: – (a) The Admission Letter. Did your KCSE examination and attained the minimum University Entry Grade and have been selected to join University? Well. Congratulations on this your major achievement. Students joining Mount Kenya University (MKU) are selected by the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service, KCCPS. The students are selected after doing their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, KCSE, examination and getting the minimum University entry requirement. The KCSE students must first apply to KUCCPS to be selected to preferred programmes. The students can apply at school level or apply individually during the first and second revision windows.

Once the applications are closed, KUCCPS then places the KCSE students in preferred courses depending on the student’s score, number of available vacancies against applicants among other selection criteria. In not satisfied with the University that you have been selected to join then you can apply for Inter-Institution Transfer.

The placement body then announces the selection results and students can access the admission lists and download their admission letters.

  2. Go to applicants /new students
  3. Enter the application reference or the index no./year e.g. 08237009083/2019
  4. Click generate applicant letter of offer.
