DESPERATE SITUATIONS CALL FOR DESPERATE MEASURES SCHOOL ORDERS STUDENTS TO WEAR BOXES ON THEIR HEADS TO CURB CHEATING IN EXAMINATIONS

A bizarre incident in which a school asked the pupils to wear cardboard boxes on their heads to curb cheating in examinations has greatly shocked the world.
The rule was enforced at Bhagat Pre-university College in Haveri, India.
The school officials were forced to stop this savage-like treatment of learners after images of the students wearing card boxes went viral on social media platforms.
The pictures displayed learners sitting in rows while wearing boxes with “windows” in front to allow them to get a glimpse of what is going on around them.

The Teachers Service Commission, TSC and the Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers Union, KUPPET held rigorous discussions this week regarding the implementation of the new 2021-2025 CBA for teachers.

This took place during the joint retreat between TSC and KUPPET at Salewa Lodges, Naivasha between 29th October to 1st November, 2019.
